850+ procurement elite from across the globe gathered for the big revelation of the 11th annual World Procurement Awards winners.
The prestigious ceremony, hosted by Downton Abbey actor Hugh Bonneville, took place following the World Procurement Congress at The Intercontinental London - The O2. Teams from across the world came together to benchmark their function, celebrate procurement excellence, and recognise the most progressive teams and individuals across 15 categories.
This year saw a record number of entries from some of the most influential companies across 34 countries. Each submission endured the rigorous 3-stage judging process of online judging, peer review and face to face regional debate to ensure the winners really are the best of the best.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists, and thank you to everyone who took the time to enter. Your entries were truly a testament to the spectacular progress that is on-going within the function, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Tom Seal is Head of Executive Research at the Procurement Leaders and is responsible for the delivery of a full suite of Executive and Category level research.
Prior to joining Procurement Leaders in 2010 he spent 10 years working in procurement and management consulting at Shell, Diageo and HSBC. He has practical experience as a category manager for both direct and indirect categories. Particular areas of experience include packaging and software.
Recently, he has overseen research in a number of areas including steel, electricity, packaging, contingent labour and oil and gas infrastructure.
